All Indonesia is the official integrated arrival declaration for international entry to Indonesia, including Bali's Ngurah Rai airport. It brings immigration, customs, health and quarantine reporting into one declaration. Prepare it through the official website or app within the three days before arrival, and keep the confirmation available when you travel.

What the arrival declaration does

The declaration reports information about the traveller, journey and the matters covered by the integrated border process. It is not a visa and it is not the Bali tourist levy. The Indonesian Foreign Ministry describes the single integrated system and the three-day submission window. Official All Indonesia explanation.

If your visa route requires advance approval, settle that separately. If the Bali levy applies, keep its payment record as a separate item. A useful arrival folder has clear labels for the issued visa, the declaration confirmation and the levy voucher rather than a collection of unidentified screenshots.

Use the official free service

Use allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the official app linked by the authorities. The declaration itself is free. Government travel advice warns against alternative websites and email links that request payment for this service. Check the full address before entering personal information; a search advertisement or a similar-looking domain is not evidence of official status. FCDO arrival-declaration guidance.

An optional paid assistance service should not be confused with a government charge. If someone completes a declaration for you, you still need to know what was submitted and how to retrieve the confirmation. Keep control of your passport information and avoid sending it to an unverified contact simply because you are close to departure.

Use the three-day window correctly

The official window opens three days before arrival and includes the arrival day. For a smoother journey, complete the declaration before boarding when possible. Use the Indonesian arrival date shown on your itinerary, taking account of overnight flights and time-zone changes, rather than the date you leave home.

If you arrive internationally at another Indonesian airport and continue domestically to Bali, use your actual first international arrival details. A domestic connection to DPS should not be substituted for the border entry simply because Bali is your holiday destination. Check any changed flight details against the official service's current correction instructions.

Prepare information before opening the form

On smaller screens, swipe or scroll horizontally to read the full table.

Information to have available; follow the current official form for the fields that apply to your journey
ItemPractical check
Travel documentUse the exact name, number, nationality and dates from the passport being used
JourneyHave the international arrival date, entry point and flight or vessel details
AccommodationKeep the actual first Indonesian address and a verified contact
Declaration informationAnswer the health, customs and quarantine questions according to your own situation
Confirmation storageUse an accessible device and keep an offline copy after submission

The form's interface and question order may change. Follow the live official instructions rather than trying to reproduce an old screenshot. Answer accurately and do not choose an answer merely because it seems likely to produce a faster arrival. If you are carrying something subject to declaration, read the official explanation or ask the relevant authority.

Check every member of a family or group

Keep the traveller records clear even when one person manages the group's paperwork. Check each person's passport number and journey details, and confirm that the official service's permitted family or group process actually includes everyone. Do not assume the adult holding the phone is the only person whose information matters.

Make sure a second adult can access the necessary confirmation if the group separates during travel. For children, compare the details with the child's own document. Similar names and dates in a family are exactly where a quick final review is useful.

Review, submit and save the confirmation

Before submission, compare the record with the passport and final flight itinerary. Pay particular attention to letters and numbers in the document number, the arrival date and the entry point. A calm check at home is easier than discovering an error while trying to join an airport queue.

After submission, follow the official service's instructions to save the arrival confirmation or QR code. Keep it available offline and sufficiently clear to display. Store the original electronic record where you can retrieve it if a screenshot is lost. Submission of a declaration does not guarantee entry or remove the need to answer border officers' questions.

Handle changes and mistakes through official instructions

If a flight is changed or you spot a mistake, return to the official service and check its current guidance. Do not assume that editing an image of a QR code corrects the underlying record, or that another website can fix it by charging a fee. Retain the relevant confirmation and contact official support where the system directs you.

If the website is temporarily unavailable, confirm that you are using the correct address, try a normal connection and check the official app or support information. Leave time to resolve the problem before departure. Ask your airline and the official service about your specific situation instead of relying on an anonymous promise that the form will never be checked.

Keep the rest of arrival organised

Read Visa & Entry for the permission to enter and Bali Tourist Levy for the separate provincial requirement. Avoid treating older references to separate routine customs and health forms as an additional checklist unless current official instructions specifically require them for your situation.

Then settle the practical arrival: the accommodation address, a working communication plan and the right transport meeting point. The airport transfer guide helps with that next stage. A correctly prepared declaration is useful precisely because it lets you focus on the remainder of the journey.

Frequently asked questions

Is the All Indonesia arrival declaration free?

Yes. The official declaration is free. Paid assistance websites charge for their service, not a mandatory government arrival-card fee.

When should I complete it for Bali?

The official window opens three days before arrival and includes the arrival day. Complete it before boarding when possible, using the actual Indonesian arrival date.

Does All Indonesia replace my visa or Bali levy payment?

No. The integrated declaration, immigration permission and any applicable Bali tourist levy are separate requirements.

What if I enter Indonesia in Jakarta before flying to Bali?

Use the details of the actual first international arrival, then follow the official form's instructions for your journey. Do not substitute a later domestic arrival merely because Bali is the final holiday destination.
