The words beach and Copacabana go hand in hand. It’s hard not to fall in love with the city walking along Copacabana Beach. Copacabana Fort was built in 1914 to guard Guanabara bay and is now a popular tourist attraction. There is activity on the beach day and night. Modern Kiosks line the beach.
