US Safety

The question is the US safe is a good one. The 9/11 attacks instigated a whole new level of safety requirements for every city in the country. Some experts say that the US is safer than ever, and others say a major terrorist attack could happen at any time. There’s no doubt that the risk of violence exists in almost every big metropolitan area, but the smaller cities around the country don’t worry about that issue all that much. It’s safe to say that all cities are prepared and can deal with terrorist issues.

Just like other cities around the world the cities in the US have petty crime issues. Some areas in big cities do have muggings, robberies, and gang violence, but if you stay in the right areas and are aware of where you are and what you’re doing at all times then the answer to the question is the US safe is yes. The majority of US cities are very safe. Millions of people visit the US every year and never experience any crime.
