The clock of the Orsay museum. The Orsay museum occupies the building of a former railroad station closed in 1973. This station, as well as the adjacent hotel, constructed on the plans of the architect Victor Laloux, very modern for the time, had been inaugurated on the occasion of the world fair of 1900.
