The Chain Bridge connects Buda to Pest. The Bridge of the Chains with Empire style, was built by a Scot, Adam Clark. The work was finished just before the revolution of 1848. Since 1918 it bears the name of the Count Széchenyi, to whom the idea of his construction came in 1820.
